Warner's Carpet One offers free standard shipping on every order within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Rugs under 8'x10' typically ship within 1–2 business days. Larger area rugs (8'x10' and up) may require an additional 1–2 days of handling due to specialized rolling and packaging to protect the pile during transit.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Standard shipping delivers within 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Packaging
Every rug is rolled — never folded — and shipped in a protective sleeve to prevent creasing, crushing, or damage during transit. We use reinforced cardboard tubes for structural integrity. Please allow the rug to relax flat for 24–48 hours after unrolling for any minor creases to fully release.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you are outside our shipping area and interested in a rug, please contact us and we will explore options.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@warnerscarpetone.com or call (704) 575-3977.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 3 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
