Shipping Details
This rug ships free via ground carrier within the continental United States. Rugs under 8'x10' typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. Larger area rugs (8'x10' and up) may require an additional 1–2 days of handling due to specialized rolling and packaging to protect the pile during transit.
Every rug is rolled (never folded) and shipped in a protective sleeve to prevent creasing. Please allow the rug to relax flat for 24–48 hours after unrolling for creases to fully release.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Rugs must be unused, free of stains or odors, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
If your rug arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Custom or made-to-order sizes are final sale unless defective. For standard sizes, once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
